Educational Qualification : Candidate must be a graduate in any stream from a UGC recognized university as on the last date of application submission. Computer Proficiency : Candidates should have a certificate of computer knowledge of minimum 3 (three) months duration. Language Proficiency : Candidates mandatorily have knowledge of the official language of the state of Assam (Assamese) . Pay Scale : Rs.14,000 – Rs.60,500 + Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200 and other allowances are applicable. For more , check the official Notification given below. Age Limit : Candidates age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on last date of application i.e, 31st October 2021. Age Relaxation : The upper age relaxation will be as follows :
Employment Exchange Certificate: Candidate must have the Employment Exchange Registration Number for the state of Assam to apply in this vacancy. Nationality : Candidate must be citizens of India as defined in the Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India. Application Fee: Candidates will need to pay a specific amount of money as application for the recruitment. Only PWD candidates are not required to pay the application fee and the fee amount for other candidates is given below –

How to Apply Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2021?According to the official notification, Eligible candidates can submit their online application for this recruitment from the official Portal of Gauhati High Court. Selection Process of Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2021There will be two common examinations for both LDA and Copyist posts. The common examinations will be conducted in two phases. The complete details of both these written test and oral exam are given below. Phase 1 : In this stage, Gauhati High Court will conduct the OMR based written test for both LDA and Copyist posts. To participate in Phase 2 candidates have to qualify this exam with good performance. The details of Step 1 will be as follows.
Total Marks : 120 Note : Official Language Test of 20 Marks will be qualifying in nature, qualifying marks shall be 40% of 20 i.e 8 Marks. Marks obtained in the Official Language segment will not be counted in preparing the merit list of written test as well as the final select list. Phase 2 : In this stage, Gauhati High Court will shortlist the candidates on the basis of their performance in Stage 1 and will call them for Stage 2 Viva-Voce Test. Phase 2 Viva-Voce exam will carry 15 marks and merit list will be prepared after both Phase 1 and Phase 2 exams. On the basis of the grand total marks obtained by the candles in the Written Test and viva-voce, the final selection will be made district wise. Note : In case of candidates obtaining the same grand total marks, the candidate who obtains more mark in the written Test will be given preference. where marks obtained by such candidates in the written test are also same, then the candidate who is senior in age will be given preference. The High cutoff reserves the right to fix cut off mark, if any, for the written test. There shall be no negative marking. |
